Join us. Stand with us. Oppose the use of the Notwithstanding Clause to override fundamental rights in Canada.
The Task Force on Linguistic Policy is a non-partisan, grassroots not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization originating from a group of dedicated citizens wanting to stop the enactment of Quebec's egregious, mean-spirited Bill 96 and Canada’s Bill C-13.
At the Task Force, we don’t just talk — we take action. We have filed a lawsuit challenging Bill 96 and on May 20th, 2025, we will be applying for Intervenor Status at the Supreme Court for the Bill 21 Appeal to fight the Notwithstanding Clause. We stand apart from others seeking this status because we are powered by the grassroots — and our strength lies in our numbers.

The time is fast approaching for the voice of the English-speaking community to be heard. Let’s ensure that the voice is loud and clear.
